Designed to recreate a multi-tenant strip mall, this detailed kit features a multi-section building facade with a stepped roofline, brick-pattern wall sections, storefront windows and doors, painted awnings, columns and trim, printed signage and window graphics, plus a raised center anchor unit with its own parapet and signage. Seven storefronts are included — Blockbuster Video, Sprint, Subway, Toys R Us, GameStop, RadioShack, and Dollar Tree — along with a parking lot board printed with stall lines and entry arrows at both ends. The modular design gives your display the look of a real shopping center while allowing you to assemble and arrange the components.

The kit is supplied unassembled and requires assembly. Some parts may require minor cleanup or adjustment during assembly due to the nature of 3D printing.
